Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Eligible items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories. Approval is required before sending an item back.
Personalized, engraved, made-to-order, final-sale, hygiene-sensitive, and gift-card items cannot normally be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Opened fragrance products may be excluded for hygiene reasons where permitted by law.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, repair, or refund.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item passes inspection. Processing typically takes 7–10 business days after approval, though banks and payment providers may need additional time. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
