In-stock fragrance orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days. Pre-order or made-to-order items may require additional time shown on the product page or confirmed after purchase.
Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout or after dispatch. They are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by location, carrier operations, holidays, weather, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email or phone number used for the order. Please allow time for the carrier to activate tracking after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Extra charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated delivery failure may be payable by the customer.
International shipments may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Contact us promptly if tracking shows an unexpected issue or your parcel arrives damaged. Keep all packaging and provide photos or video so we can work with the carrier and resolve the claim.
